Infra-Afrika Consulting was formed with the focus of being a
one-stop specialist advisory firm that offers advisory services within the
energy, infrastructure, telecommunications, insurance, bulk water treatment and
storage and research and development sectors.
We have three business
segments:
i. A consulting engineering services business
offering civil and structural engineering, electrical and mechanical
engineering, design, technical or management support services as well as
programme and project management services.
ii. A legal consulting business that offers
legal advisory services in construction law, energy law, procurement law,
property law, commercial law, oil and gas law, banking and finance, mining
law.
iii. A finance consulting business that
offers advisory services that include strategic capital management, capital
structuring, financial models, investment management, asset valuation, project
bankability reports, post-investment reports and market research.

A core value that forms part of the Infra-Afrika Consulting’s way, is to ‘rise by lifting others.’ For this reason, we also offer internship programmes whereby new graduates are presented with an opportunity to shadow professionally registered engineers and lawyers in order to gain the experience required to register with their respective professional bodies.
